J Eevo1 votesRito overestimated the effect of swapping R to flat healing instead of damage dealt, and while old swain did more damage when built ap + magic penetration on squishes, new one heals the same on both tanks and squishies. The ap ratio on ult doesn't really promote stacking ap either since it's so low so people used the lesson learned from Tank Ekko, and build him full tank and basically tickle you to death while being immortal.
