Yeah I just got the autofill icon on my norm queue times all of a sudden. What is this madness? I know my norm mmr is good, but I don't really see the point of having autofill in norms, at any MMR. I play norms to practice my main roles (top and jungle) or have fun playing adc, not to get support...

Autofill is a system that force fills you in the situation that there are not enough players playing to match you in an appropriately short time frame. The reason autofill is happening more and more commonly is because less and less players are playing because the game has gotten dramatically worse this season.

Ah, so the new champ select is ALSO the reason that TT and blind pick have had dramatically longer queue times this season, more than doubled in fact. Yeah, that totally explains everything.
U sure right. The new lobby has increased queue times even for game modes that don't use it.
Seriously... use your brain. Queue times have increased 100-300% in all game modes for one reason and one reason alone. The number of players playing has decreased significantly. Why do you think Riot hasn't released a statement regarding player growth for over a year?
And lets be fair here, these statements were always flawed in the first place. Just because I have 16 accounts that I play on regularly means I account for 16 players according to Riot. Even though its all 1 person.

Marshbouy1 votesSchool has started and a large portion of the LoL player base are teens or young adults in college. Even the adults working jobs have most likely gone off to work right now. 7am-3pm seem to be the down times for this game
