If she kills a minion with her W(not the tentacle slap) she gets refunded mana and half the cooldown.

Her autos are so damn awful this would help her out with cs a bit.

As much as I love anything that defies the "nerf Illaoi", she really does not need this. Her mana costs are already pretty low and her w gives a ton of pushing potential kn top of her q's pushing potential. Letting her have that for an even lower cost would not be the right way to buff her.
