Minion dematerializer should only be available to mana champs...

I just played against a zed who rushed hexdrinker and had taken dematerializer.

I'm on a champion that requires mana.

Even if I were significantly better than this player (not claiming I was) there's literally no way he doesn't win this Lane. It's absurd.

I get extremely favorable trades on him, but that uses mana and eventually I need to recall. I get a good back on an incoming Cannon wave, so I should miss 1 or 2cs. Nope - he dematerializes the Cannon and I miss the full wave and he gets a turret plate. EVERY TIME I BACK FOR MANA.

It didn't even matter that I didn't give him a single kill in Laning phase, because he's got 2 kills worth of Gold from taking 4 turret plates since he can delete a Cannon and doesn't need to worry about mana himself.

I don't get why this wasn't abused before, and kudos to the player for thinking of it, but frankly it's broken. He can entirely avoid giving me any chance to get anything off him at all, while guaranteeing he gets gold off tower plates every time I back, because even when I get what should be a proper back he can instantly shove the wave.

There is a way you win the lane. It's called he took inspiration and you didn't. You had the upper hand.

Seekers is a 1100 price tag that is worth 1800 gold and counters 6k gold worth of lethality items, try that.
