KAI'SA Procs Muramana 12 TIMES in 1 SECOND?! 1000 Mana for 1 Q?!

This is why Muramana is broken, outdated, highly niched and in dire need of a rework.

Those who understand how muramana works, know this is broken and can easily 1 shot a squishy with 1 q.

Is riot really okay with this? Did they even remember to check how this champ interacts with muramana balance wise?

Even the new Swain Q can proc it 5 times on a single cast.

The point I want to make is Muramana is outdated, broken on a few champs, takes forever to build, highly niche and needs a rework so that more champs can use it, but not abuse it.

When you say broken on a few champs, you mean just Ezreal.

Literally nobody else but Ezreal even builds Manamune anymore.

I mean it broken on champs like Kai sa and Swain, it ok on Ez. Even Syndra, only reason she doesn't build it is because its AD, but it still does a lot of damage on her ult

They need to rework muramana ad not just hot fix this cause right now Ez is like the only champ that builds it

I agree on that. Items that were not build or just build on very few champs were removed from the game often enough, yet Ezreal can keep his Maramune

Ez can keep his Manamune because he doesn't work without it.

It's the only thing keeping him viable as it is.

After trying it a bit it actually fits her really well if paired with an Essence Reaver the damage is actually decent enough to where I may put it into my primary kit for her.

Is Kai'sa's Q meant to work with on hits? As far as I'm aware it's meant to say "applies on-hit" if it is and hers doesn't. Sounds like a bug to me.
