Is there a patch coming tonight?

Or is it next week?

Do we know if Zoe will be on it?

If there's a patch, then there would be patch notes released before, yes?

It's a two week cycle, so add two weeks to when the last patch went up

I thought they were doing weekly patches for the new rune system.

No. They've released a couple micro-patches where they did some minor balancing hot-fixes, but patches are always on a two week cycle Exceptions: holiday breaks (likely will be a large break in december as Rioters take time off for the holidays), and they usually stick one like one patch cycle where it's 3 weeks instead of 2.

Patch timing never shortens though.

To add: they've already used that 3 week cycle they intended to utilize. So unless something else comes up, the rest of the year rolls out in 2 week cycles.
