I feel like Gnar would be the inconsistent yet relevant Champion Riot wanted if his E didnt exist

Instead of being the hard to play but still overall consistent enough to constantly spam in almost every region and matchup and teamcomp.

It doesn't really feel like his lack of mobility in mega form or his squishiness in mini form really matters a whole lot when he has a pretty convenient hop and chasing mechanic in both forms.
