Remake is good for teams with trolls/afks, but can we at least get some IP/EXP?
After spending several minutes in queue, champion select, loading screen, and then like 3 minutes in game it's really frustrating to see the enemy team surrender and have 8+ minutes just completely wasted with absolutely nothing gained, especially for pre-30s like me who wait 5+ minutes for blind pick and 20+ minutes for draft pick.
Honestly I think we should be compensated for more exp/ip than the time spent in game because of how disproportionate it will be. EX: You spend 5 minutes in queue, champ select, and loading screen and 30 minutes in game, that 5 minutes is only a seventh of the time spent for the whole game. When you spend 5 minutes in queue, champ select, and loading and 3 minutes in game, you've wasted nearly twice the time than you would get exp/ip for, if you did get exp/ip for such short games. It wouldn't hurt to just give a flat ~5 minutes worth of IP/exp to compensate for time wasted preparing for the game itself.
But at the absolute very least, the minimum time required for ip/exp should be removed for surrenders. I get that it prevents miserable 20 minute games where one side has it too easy and the other side can't win, but now it just completely wastes the time of the people who didn't have any idiots on their team.
Especially in unranked games. It wouldn't hurt to count it as a win for IP/EXP boost purposes. I'm sure there are ways to sort it out so it can't be abused.
