Jhin + Xerath or Cait + Xerath... even Jinx + Xerath... it's legit so overpowering. You can't even work around it cause' all he has to do is WEQ and you die. Not to mention, support Xerath with so much fucking CDR + ult is so damn impossible to play group fights against.

Yeah, he's annoying. Doesn't mean it needs nerfs, or that its even strong in the first place.
