Anyone enjoys playing Vladimir anymore ?

He was one of my fav champs and now he's just mehhh. Everybody running away from your emp Q, thanks to the bar. I can't E anyone, because 1 minion can block the whole dmg in lane. It does garbage dmg early anyway with a 13 secs cd LOL. I still can't get used to this new E, before you could wave clear anything you wanted and now 1 minion can block everything, it's just frustrating. And I feel so fucking slow with all the god damn cc in game and I feel like I can't do anything.

thats why I was actually looking forward for the rework before. but riot being riot did apsolutely nothing to make him less toxic to play against, but made him the same, but with stupid gimmicks

I don't really find him appealing to play either to be honest. I liked him before his update, his gameplay felt smoother.

i was a vlad main for 2 seasons but now i rarely play him anymore just because i don't find him fun now.

For me his new E is the only reason I am not a Vlad OTP anymore. Was my main since season 4, but his new E feels clunky, slow and unsatisfying. If they at least remove the cast time I'd probably be happy. Until then he'll be just a champ that I used to play.

Absolutely, Vlad rework was one of the better changes League has had since I started, but I am biased as shit after all. There's a new learning curve for sure, but he's mostly the same health-sucking asshole I fell in love with.

A lot of players in diamond elo ban him. Every game ive ever played against a vladimir he feeds his ass off in lane but then proceeds to 1 shot 3 people at once when it comes to teamfighting. Riot really screwed up when they reworked him. Making him a burst champion was an extremely bad idea, it creates a senario where he cannot be balanced, either too strong or too weak.

They need to move him from bust damage back to sustained damage, give him higher ap scaling and less hp scaling.

Every mage is a burst champion.

And they already did that, he gets 8 ap from 400 hp lol.

E does plenty damage if you charge it up, all game.

Vlad is a battlemage, and the only way to really beat him (except minion bodyblocking) is to outrange him.

Everyone can do that but, and hes hardly a duelist with his giant cds, used to be 4 - q and 4.5 E before.

Now its 5/5 and you really feel it, also his new E u gotta max to get proper cd, and it dmges u.

Ehh???

Late game Vlad can 1v1 almost everyone, provided they're on equal terms in gold. Unless he is kited.

Also his E is completely spammable once leveled and with CDR.

Completely Agree.

5/5 sec on each is with 0% CDR. I believe if you play Vlad with 0% CDR you are playing him wrong. I play him with 40% and +5% CDR masteries for a Q and E every 3 sec. You really spam your abilities and regen via empQ a lot

i loved him before the rework, he was my favorite champion for a while, and i feel like he would be a lot better if they brought something like Will of the Ancients back, but until then he feels very weak, even if he does have insane burst potential and sustained damage, hes way too easy to counter and avoid.

Statistically, at least one person is likely to enjoy playing him. Your question is probably, "Is Vladimir one of the least enjoyed champions?"

I've seen some Vlad mains to 1v5 with him. Never saw such thing with pre-rework Vlad. I don't know how fun is he, but he is for sure strong (and this is after a series of nerfs, so he was probably OP after the rework release)

I still enjoy him, but he played like a well oiled machine before.

If his E just didn't have minion block and the haste from the empowered Q lasted the whole 2.5 seconds I'd be happy.

His W being 14-16 cd at all ranks would be a nice quality of life change too.

I hope when they eventually rework him, they actually make him badass and edgy, example Alucard from hellsing, current Vlad is a peasant level vampire.
