LW is getting nerfed to only bonus armor instead of total armor.
AD items are getting reduced damage and increased cost across the board
and MR items are getting their MR upped from 45 to 80 for banshee's and Spirit Visage.
Overall, Tanks are going to be really solid. (Granted, the giant destroyer items will hurt but even then.)
