NIce one riot, might aswell remove crit adcs from the game.
IE should cost 3k gold at most at this point, its just stupid how a 1100 gold item like tabi can completely negate an ADC with ~5k gold (IE + zeal), crit adcs need some REAL buffs.

Its not a buff, they removed 15 ad from it for 15% pen.
Its a nerf in almost every case secnario other than when you're playing against 4+ tanks with 300+ armor each.
Now in an average game, where you can have 1~2 tanks with a lot of armor, wtf are you supposed to do? Build a LDR that will be worthless gainst 3 ppl or just enjoy doing 50 damage autos to 3500 health tanks?
This is not helping, this would be a change that would be made if tanks were too weak and adcs too powerful, but the thing is the game is THE OTHER WAY AROUND right now.

Build Last Whisper for the bonus armor penetration and don't bother upgrading it when you finish your other items.

sorry but if it costs that little then i would expect it to have NO armor pen and NO AD. The entire purpose of the last whisper change is to allow you to be able to get an item that is relatively cheap to counter people with high amounts of armor. It's meant to compliment your other AD items if you are building last whisper all by itself and expect it to do anything then you won't be doing damage before, now or ever. You build it and leave it there while you finish you other items and only upgrade it if you feel like you need the completed forms added effects

Oh, and by the way, not every adc was ever supposed to buy crit. Ez/Kog/Varus. And you know what? It's better that way. Not every ADC needs to have the same damn crit build. Lethality also lets abilities stay useful instead of making everyone a walking AA.

Jhin and Draven both build LETHALITY, not crit, lethality is GOOD, crit is what isnt.
Vayne sees 0 competitive play and is not even good in solo q right now.
I never said every adc need to buy crit, i said that the adcs that only function with crit are bad right now (EG jinx, trist) because the crit itemization sucks balls for adcs and needs to be buffed.

Draven is like the absolute worst example you could pick for a crit adc to make the case that crit adc are fine right now. He gets a ton of extra dmg from spinning axes...

Eh. Either way, I suspect that if BF Sword built out of a pair of Pick-Axes that would help the Crit builders markedly. If we wanting to go beyond that, I think an overhaul to the way Crit works would be wise. Given the fact that Riot has been steadily pushing for games that end faster we're going to have to re-evaluate what 'late game' means.
