Riot “Damage is too high”

Im still waiting for an item that will change shields and heals on abilities into dmg though (like hearthstone card) . I think more dmg possibilities are needed.

More like "We're going to change Essence Reaver, but some champions made good use of the Essence Flare passive. So let's make a more defensive and less offensive version of that item for those champions."

Anyone else see Stone of Jordan?
