Please don't make Ashe have global vision

It's already annoying to have Kalista's patrols to worry about in my jungle, now she can just toss that over by my buff across the map to give her jungler vision. This is a second hand jungler nerf. This means now weak early jungle clearers like and are even more likely to be messed with in their first clear. Have fun having the enemy laners fucking with you all game. For it to have global range and 2 charges, the cooldown better be really high, or else this will be the final nail in the coffin for non-tank junglers.
