I think that's pretty much the only reason she has a 525 auto-range.
That and when her passive (when it actually fucking works anyways.) combined with her E passive proc make her burst actually pretty strong.

Vayne has no abilities outside her auto range.
Therefore she has much less reach than other adcs.
I hate Vayne though, she's really really really annoying.
I'm sorry if my argument isn't making sense right now, I'm really tiered, hah.

Did you really just fucking say that? You actually said a blind is a better ESCAPE tool than an actual dash? You actually said that a move that first puts you on top of the enemy and then right back where you started is a better ESCAPE tool than a straight up knockback?
