That's what happens when you play Normals. Matchmaking is always going to be much less accurate than Ranked because many people who play Ranked have a much lower MMR in Normals.

It can be exactly the opposite too. You could have Diamond normal mmr, but be unranked.

Na, we lost. Our Sivir couldn't handle the challenger in lane and then none of us could handle him out of lane.

thats like saying im better than some challenger player with a 60% winrate because i have a 100% winrate in bronze or something
