Because it's actually bruiser ekko top tier levels of dumb. Damage of an assassin with the tankiness of a bruiser/tank and his own natural stickiness built in already.
I also recall this happening with Fizz before so lets not let it happen again?
Karfuss3 votesRemembering correctly, this was how Fizz was designed to be played. Primarily as a jungler, with all his mobility and gank/gap closing abilities, although he more naturally fit as a hypermobile glass AP assassin, and let's face it, it's more fun.
So that playstyle has always existed, and Fizz sacrifices a helluva lot of damage (due to lack of cheap AP/def stat items) to build a bruiser and tank. Only really shining in the late game.
