What if we combined Evelynn's invisibility passive on her W?

Here are my thoughts, Evelynn's passive will in turn be changed to give back 1% of her total mana per basic attack.

Her new W would cost 40/45/50/55/60 mana. It would, when activated, turn her invisible, take away any and all slows, and she would gain 30/40/50/60/70% MS for 3 seconds. Any basic attacks during the 3 seconds will cause her to come out of invisibility. If Evelynn is hit, during the 3 seconds, she becomes visible. There is no 1000 perimeter to show when she is near. (Cool down can still be reset after a kill and can still be reduced by a second for each basic attack against a enemy champion.)

Like Kha, but better?

Well, since Kha has stronger abilities, and his R can be cast twice (and can be enhanced to be cast up to 3 times and last 2 seconds each time meaning he can be in stealth mode for at most 6 seconds). Not sure if its "better" but it sure would be better than it is now.

Do you also say Shaco has a better version than Kha? He can turn invisible for less than this and gains bonus critical strike.

How about the fact that Teemo can move in bushes and now has more of a bonus in his AS boost?

How about the fact that Rengar goes into stealth for 3 seconds, gains MS (, can gain more bonus MS with passive), automatically enhances his abilities, allows true sight of enemies from in a big distance, and he can pounce on enemies as if he were in a bush?

You say that this is strong, but look at Evelynn. Her Q can only be cast every other second, her E deals the most damage and gives her the needed AS boost, and her R is her burst and shield. Comparing abilities is not what we should be doing anyway, but are you really sure that its better?
