I must admit out of all the assassins he is very very easy to counter i mean i could just buy and if he has no flash any champion with mobility can use the mobility spell right as he lands and dodge a lot of incoming damage

not saying he is balanced but he is somewhat healthy

He has a blink too, if he used it to make his targetable engage from 1350 units away on other champion with a blink it's not only his fault, but he won't be punished for it, he can just blink away.

It seems like you play a lot of top and jungle. Try laning against Zed and see if that changes your opinion.

I personally play Mid about as much as Top and, I have to say, Zed is no where near as bad as people say he is. The whole "Mage-like poke" comments are a little off base since it requires him two abilities and not to mention it's easy to see the shadow coming when he uses it so you just have to suddenly move oddly (word yes?) and then he will miss.

uhm...playing top lane means that...uhm he could roam and rape me but i have 0 issue with that

Actually I'd turn it around - he is balanced over all, but his laning is just antifun and therefore not healthy at all. ^^

i just pick wukong into zed and force him out of lane. please ult the clone please ult the clone please ult the clone.

that and i just E Q for days and punish him so hard in the early game.

he loses hard to targeted abilities, not magic damage. magic damage is the mistake people make, as theres no AD/armor build path for him. so you build AD against him and he equally takes it.
