Can Renekton get some more heal from jungle creeps?

You see Riot, I like to play Renekton. He's super fun for me to play. The only problem is I prefer to play in jungle way more than I do in laning, especially in a meta top lane is filled with annoyingly strong champions like Fiora, Darius, and Gnar. But that's not the point of this thread.

Why not let Renekton get more healing off of jungle creeps. Not necessarily as much as from champs, but more than the tiny amount from minions. At the very least let large minions give more hp.

Or you could even go the Yi route and let his Q do more damage to monsters so he can clear quicker.

I just wanna play Renekton jungle and actually have a fraction of a chance against Devourer champs like Yi and WW.
