If we have an AD jg, an AD/Tank top, a tanky support and and ADC

Don't go ad mid. It is almost a guaranteed loss since armor is easy to get and counters even crits and unless the enemy has no tanks or do something stupid, you won't get very far in fights since the armor will become too much. Yasuo,Talon, Zed, etc... may be fun but not if you have no AP to stop the armor stacking.

Now the question is: Why do people pick such Teams?

If my midlaner is last pick I will guarantee that he somehow has the freedom to go either AP or AD.

unless you're firstpick and can't impact the rest of your team..

To which the OPs scenario doesn't apply.

That's why I replied to your scenario, not to the OP. ^_^

Well in that case it's not your fault. Personally I'd still go for a mage because I can't see the fun in AD midlaners (well the exception is Yasuo)

Exceptions to this rule, if your team has any number of these: Urgot JarvanIV Renekton (KogMaw)combined with these Nasus Rammus (Corki)

Armor? what Armor?

JavelinJoe1 votes

Corki is more AP than AD and KogMaw is similar

meh. idk if it matters if the enemy doesn't have more than 1 tank.

JavelinJoe1 votes

it can if they become unkillable with shit tons of armor, likeNautilus Maokai Rammus Skarner Shen Malphite with item 3025 item 3143 item 3075 item 3068 item 3110 item 3047 item 3742 item 3512 remember that you can also get up to a 30% attack speed reduction with item 3143 item 3110 if you hit them.

MunchCrunchLunch1 votes

not really. with that build he has no health at all. really easy to kill.. i mean still hard but not optimal.

JavelinJoe1 votes

item 3143 is 500 health along with item 3742 and item 3068 makes 1.5k health total and 160 armor and a few good passives.

MunchCrunchLunch1 votes

what am saying building ibg fh and thornmail is a bad idea. together.

BladeSteel1 votes

So then what health items do you build? i see 3 out of the 5 "big" health items there....
