Give Jarvan's armour passive back... on his W

The problem with jarvan in the first place was back when Warrior-blue smite was the current meta. Jarvan was really strong with this, and his early clear was very safe just by maxing his E first, which gave both passive and active attack speed, and armour.

While I agree that Flags don't make any sense to grant armour, and that his nerf to his early jungle clearing was justified, I feel like late game Jarvan in all roles, has suffered a bit.

Golden Aegis is his W, you max it typically last on Jarvan as it has no offensive capabilities. It applies an AOE slow around him, and grants a flat-non scaling shield if enemies are around him. It's a fairly boring ability in general. However, I could see that the divine spirits of J4's ancestors could grant passive armour or MR by simply being levelled up.

This could fix Jarvan's late game while not touching his early game at all. Alternatively, you could do to his W what was done to Garen's W or Sion's W in that you need to farm properly to stack the armour.

As much as I hated to see Jarvan nerfed season after season I'm fine where he is now.

IIRC, you max W second and leave E at rank 1. The shield and slow increases significantly while the CD drops from 20s to 12s as you rank up the ability.

E doesn't scale with AD or armor pen, the CD only goes down by 2 seconds, and the attack speed increase isn't enough for me to justify leveling it second, so I'll typically leave it at rank 1.

The attack speed goes a VERY long way.
