The basic formula for the boards ATM

TITLE: -insert comment about dynamic queue/season 6 sucking- -complain about dynamic queue or season 6 (it helps if you type in caps or leave little to no information- -hope to get past dislike trolls- -receive up votes-

really guys. This is the basic formula for the boards lately. It crowds out other, better posts (i saw a huge, very well made champion concept with -1 votes and 1 comment). After the hundreth post ive seen about s6 or DQ with no rioter responses, WE AREN'T GETTING ANYTHING DONE. If you want something done, stop playing ranked, stop buying RP, and try to get others to do the same. Spamming the same posts over and over again gets old, I hate the way season 6 is and the way DQ is ruining ranked but Id rather see champion designs or funny memes than "GIve us solo Q" 100 times.

More like "nerf zed pls", "mage itemisation sucks", and "how am i supposed to beat zed in lane when I walk into melee range and afk? that's not fair".

Never mind the fact that the top winrates in plat+ for mid are all mages except for 2, mage itemisation has been broken beyond belief up until this season where they both have good benefits, and it's almost always a mage being picked in mid lane in competitive play.

yes. I don't know why the idea that "mages feel bad to play right now" is a thing. They a lot of them, if not all have AT LEAST a 50 percent win rate

These boards really needs some innovation. I'm talking like, talks about champions and locations, discussions on where the game is going and how it could be shaped better, it really could. However the way the Boards is set up is that it's really hard to find something in a consistent manner.

There's someone going around downvoting everything for no reason, I'm sure. I don't think upvotes/downvotes should exist to be honest Posts that have actually interesting things to say are thrown down into the pit while the same posts everyone posts daily appear right at the top for most viewers. And even then when it's not at the top, someone will make a new one.

Outside of gameplay, RaptorKarr's "champion looks at you and does X" threads were great. Bringing in these "prompt" threads are fantastic for discussion and turns this place from a negative space to a positive and creative one.

im sure there are people downvoting stuff for no reason too. I almost feel like there should be an agree/disagree system where disagreeing just tells how many people dislike the post while agreeing gets it put up in the "boards ladder"

I've honestly liked systems where downvotes don't exist. This makes it so that posts that are praised get their approval while posts that are controversial aren't immediately shunned. Downvoted posts don't automatically mean that the one who posted it is wrong, and unfortunately the "post hides at certain amount of downvotes" system seems to punish someone as if they are the devil himself.

Also you know that whole boards ladder thing is terrible and shouldn't exist. Riot shouldn't have copied Reddit, because now while it's not as awful as Reddit is... it's still pretty bad. And incredibly negative.

Stop spamming the boards with your issues. If one of them gets downvoted and you don't like it none of them will magically get upvoted.

My mission to bring a smile to the boards face continues. Negativity cannot win! http://pa1.narvii.com/5869/9cfd375685aec11516def2373aa20a19c15f62ad_hq.gif
