Am I being punished or something?

Because, honestly, I don't know why 90% of the people I get matched with are even in ranked. There is no role I can play to ensure I win, no champ I can play to ensure I win, nothing. Because, even if I'm 3/0, this other guy is 0/7 and their lane opponent is just unstoppable. If it was once in a while, I'd just chalk it up to bad players or bad games, but this is literally every fucking game.

I've had over 3000 (close to 4000) games in silver now, and:

• I've maintained a 4:1 average KDA that gets up to 6 depending on what role I play.

• I always win lane, or roam and help other lanes win if I can't.

• I build according to what's going on, and what my team needs.

• I pick to fill a role my team needs.

• I ward all throughout the game.

• I contest / steal objectives or take them outright if possible.

• I know how every champ works, and how to counter them (Tahm support makes Zed irrelevant, for example).

• ...

I do everything well -- but, it just doesn't matter. So what the fuck is the deal? Literally every team I go against just stomps my team, even if I'm doing great (I've lost a game as Eve where I was 27/1 and had pushed all three lanes by myself, and a game as Tali where I was 12/3 and made Veigar irrelevant, so on), to the point that I literally can't fight them. They say you climb based on how you do individually, but that's a load of bullshit.

So, what is the deal? Is my MMR just really low or something (last I checked, I had a low gold MMR)? Am I being punished by Riot for hating their CEO and his greed? I just don't get it.
