Will there ever be a godness tear mana stackable TANK item?

Such an item would be great for Taric, maokai, nautilus and malphite for ex.

They would never finish stacking it. Tanks are gated harshly behind archaic mana gates and CDR gates.

No. Because blitzcrank and ryze would abuse it. Ryze is why banshees veil lost its chunk of Mana long ago.

why do you need it? there are tank items that have a lot of mana attached.
