Sona, why am i so clunky before 11?

So anyone else play a fair bit of ? Anyone else feel like she's overly weak for way to long?

Ever since they pushed through the change to her ultimate passive, i've really felt a painful decrease in Sona's mid game power. Unless i get a lot of early money (and can bust out 30% cdr), even at level 6 i feel really underwhelming. Sona with out like 30%+ CDR feels kind of clunky, and with the change to her ultimate passive, she just feels like she's struggling a little to much. I'll admit maybe 20% reduced base time on your basic abilities was a bit much, but 10% really doesn't feel all that powerful. This leaves Sona in a place where you often have to wait till level 11 before you finally start having both the CDR and base cooldown reduction needed to have any real impact on the game. To me that's a little to long to wait for Sona to finally hit her power spike, even more so because you will often be a level or two behind most other players .
