I've seen taliyah like once in the past few weeks. The fuck happened?

She requires a high level of skill to play. That leaves out most players below platinum .
do you watch LCS? she still exists at higher levels of play.
she wasnt really developed that well.
her passive stinks. so does her ult kinda.
she's not toph :/
as if her w change wasnt enough to gut her for most ppl they went and trashed her wave clear on her q so now she cant push the wave and roam like she is intended to do . her whole kit is based off making and getting off good roams and they effectivly fucked her. So now she cant roam well at lower elo's and her cc is so fuckin unreliable it might as well not exist at all.That is why we aint seeing much of her.
I don't really like her kit.
