Why Bother Playing a Ranged ADC Anymore in Bot?

Why bother with that when we can now take any one of their melee counters into lane, purchase at game start, double the support's gold income, and use our mobility to 100-0 the enemy bot while their "support" is rendered completely obsolete in the face of our disgusting mobility, burst, and self peel?
