I dont think riven needs buffs! -_-

she does tons of damage and has a stun...... NO BUFFS

Riven needs a small rework. She is so feast or famine she has one of the highest leave rates. So even if it is considered a buff, some power should be moved around on Riven. A mini rework should be done on her during the assassin remake patch, that makes Riven more useful if she is behind. If that means she has some base power removed so that she has a more consistent game that is fine with me.
