True he can shield for the grey health he has but that shield falls off quickly once activated and he can be burst down into nothing if a team focuses him. So yes he is balanced you just suck at playing against him.

YEAH I SUCK AGAINST HIM HE CAN JUST BUILD A SHIT TON OF HP AT TOP LANE, EAT ME TO INTERRUPT ABILITIES, SLOW ME WITH HIS Q AND THEN SHIELD FOR 4K HP AND WIN FIGHTS EVERY TIME SO BALANCED.

you try getting raged at because you lost lane to tahm. he was doing 10% of my hp with his tongue shit, would eat me, and then when i was forced to all in him after that he just shields for 1.4k hp at level 6, 3k at level 15, and 5k at level 18. i get called a fucking baddy by my team even though i had the LEAST deaths, had my lane constantly ganked AND IGNORED MY BY OWN JUNGLE,

If his Q was always a stun he would be op, if he could eat enemies at any time he would be op, but he can't, he's a conditional CC champion, with Los damage, that's his balance
