riot u need to revert the +100 minion MS at 25 min, 423 movement speed on minions is absurd

not only does this make creep block expontionally worse than it already was... and it was already bad.

its damn near impossible to land a skillshots that dont go through minions becuase they move so damn fast

and if your tryign to thread a skillshot between them? LOL they are going to freaking hit the side of the projectile and trigger it becuase they move so damn fast.

i can see baron empowered minons with a speed boost sure...

but not EVERY MINION.

I CAN'T EVEN KEEP UP WITH MY OWN MINION WAVE AS AT 25 MIN!!!! and that's WITH and 7% Ms from
