Seeing the same champs over and over in competitive

Why is it that Udyr and Rammus are picked in the LCS not even for a split, but literally for a few weeks, and the nerfs come instantly. Meanwhile Nidalee is unchanged, Elise is unchanged, when Gragas fell out, he was immediately buffed. LeBlanc is a mainstay. Fiora has been unchanged since last split. Corki has been competitively viable since his birth.

I wish Riot would stop enforcing certain metas by delaying nerfs on some champs that have been top tier for too long, while instantly nerfing new picks the moment they arrive. I would actually LIKE to see Rammus and Udyr remain as top tier picks for a split. Why would that be so bad?

I mean, the same champs the pros have been picking are "more entertaining to watch", and that they're basically buffing/nerfing solely for what they want to see, not what's actually balanced or not.

This isn't really anything new, but keep this in mind.

######It's also the same damn reason that Lulu's been ~100% pick/ban for 2 years and somehow left untouched, though playstyle is one of the stalest things in existence.

Screw Rammus, he deserves his nerfs and so does Udyr.

Corki isn't bad, but he now is going to be the main flex pick given Lulu is getting nerfed.

The point is not whether or not the champion needs buffed or nerfed, it's the swiftness with which it happens on some champions compared to others.
