Can someone explain to me why my runes keep fucking up and giving me random shit?

I really don't appreciate the minion dematerializer and approach velocity picks on Udyr jungle in ranked.. all because the game can't handle having Celerity/Waterwalking every single time I don't go in and reset those two before a match.

Although before it was just giving me an error about it, now it's legitimately just giving me whatever the fuck it wants instead.. In otherwords...
