That first clear is terrifying, but it's smooth sailing once he gets hunters potion.

I tried it (against jungle Shyvana) thinking it would just be troll and found it actually wasn't so bad. Runic Echoes keeps his mana up just fine and he can easily clear once he gets it.

I messed up my item build though. Like a dog chasing a car, I hadn't actually thought about what to DO WITH IT when I got it

I think I did Runic > Rylais > Abyssal or something.

But I felt like I needed more mana, so I may try the Hextech 800

yea a catalyst item seems like a good idea as you get mana when people hit you and healing for keeping ult toggled

just standing in the middle of a fight taking damage will keep your mana up pretty well and then you use that to fuel ult to heal the damage.

im sure 80% of league's champion pool can jungle, especially with hunters talisman being a thing and giving you a shit load of hp also fun fact if you want free hp on your first clear, do krugs (stun helps to kite) then birds then red and smite red. oR you can start blue side for cdr+mana, and w birds through the wall without killing them, since its 25hp per jungle monster hit, and birds are 4, thats 100 free hp

I always start on my bot side when playing a weak jungler. It helps to get a 2 person leash

you realize nearly any champion can jg with the right runes, masteries, and probably a decent leash right? I still have a jg teemo rune page, but it's a bit impractical so i don't run it much

Jungle teemo isnt actually all the difficult due to the blind and his constant damage from the poison. Swain suffers from massive cooldowns (along with that recent root nerf on his w) and doesnt have the luxury of powerful auto attacks. Very few mages can really work in the jungle, even with proper runes, masteries, and proper leashes.

teemo is better at jungling than half the champions. being a jungler is all about the first 2-3 clears. after that pretty much anyone can jungle.

Do that many people really not build Zhonya's on Swain? I get it immediately after my mana item. I find it more important than Rylai's since he has enough CC to start off with.
