twitch has been a free win for a very long time now. but lets ignore it. he has a 6 man rengar ulti.
rengar was toxic for killing from stealth. twitch is not . his basic ability is basically a rengar ulti ion a ranged campion that lasts longer and has 1/4th of the cooldown.
but nerf 47% winrate solo queue champion caitlyn twice in a row.
jwebb01131 votesdifference is twitch is out in the open in a lane having to farm and cs to get his items and hit a "late game" build to do a 6 man ult ( there is no 6 players on a team) where as rengar was jungle ... free farmed cs ... no vision on him at all.... ults then pops out of no where to kill you at lvl 6

Twitch is pretty bad in lane and then scales to late game.
