Like pre-rework Galio (whom I have played a lot of) I'd say he needs buffs here, nerfs there, and overall changes elsewhere. What those buffs, nerfs, and changes should be? I don't know.

Rebonack3 votesIf you don't know how to play around Mord (or if you counter-picked yourself against him, same thing really) then he's going to kick your ass.
I play basically nothing but Koggers and Mord is a free lane. He can really ruin the day for many melee champs, however. If you know you're going to be up against Mord, make sure you're playing someone who can easily avoid his whomp Whomp WHOMP! unless you want to get beaten into paste.

Every champ is weak to True Damage. That's the point of it. Mordekaiser's main weaknesses are his lack of mobility, poor chase (say he has good chase before Rylai's, I friggin' dare you), and gankability. (read: "no escapes")
Mordekaiser also stands as no threat to ranged champions if they don't try to facecheck him. (which is an unfortunately common tactic in lower elos) CC also tends to stop him dead in his tracks. (He's not Trynd, after all.)
To be honest, I always liked old Mordekaiser better than this one.

If he gets his triple-Q, then sure. But if you let him get triple-Q for free, you kinda deserved it. And it only lasts like 3s, so it's not hard to just hard-CC his ass in place for the duration.
