Switch Minion Dematerializer and Perfect Timing's slots.

Perfect Timing is a free Stopwatch in the future, so it should be on the "Tomorrow" row of the tree, while Minion Dematerializers are weird contraptions that should be on the "Contraption" row.

Also, make Perfect Timing function the same way Magical Footwear does (10 minutes - 30 seconds per takedown) and remove the "tier 2 boots cost 50 less gold" perk from Magical Footwear.
