You can't just peg all of the game's problems on ONE entity

It's incredibly unfair to the person who you are targeting, especially Andrei. There are a crap ton of designers, people in other departments who also influence the gameplay experience and he often doesn't touch what they are doing. Every person at Riot works with somebody else to release a product which can be best modeled. Decisions aren't just made because of the Balance Team, Insights and Engineering support them too. Every now and then you have to accept that the not all the gears will fit into its place, it's up to all of us to first find problems and solve them as they come up.

All of the interfaces which feed into the other departments break? Blame Engineering Information was not adequately analyzed or relayed incorrectly? Blame Insights Balance change is only around high elo? Blame Playtesters Balance change is only around pro play? Blame pro gaming teams

As a matter of fact, don't blame any of them. You don't know who is responsible for what, what actually happened in Los Angeles (or even if it happened in Los Angeles, Dublin, Shanghai, or anywhere else) and they're probably not going to tell you because then Riot will become a shitty place to work at. They're not trying to kill the game, because why would they do that? Give quality feedback over just giving them blind hate. Doesn't help anyone and Rioters are less likely to respond to diatribes of biased hate. If there's anything I've learned over IB History, it's that perspective always matters because events can be viewed in two different ways. Let that be a testament to my own foolishness.

The only people I think would be fair to adequately lay down large portions of blame would be the Lead Producer "New001" or "Safelocked", but even then it's a little sketch, since they can't control everything that every Riot office is doing around the globe. Trust me on this, you're not helping anyone by calling out a Rioter for what you believe is their doing of evil. (Unless Sanjuro or something like that)

If you have severe issues with the game, make a critique of their perspective or actions, why you believe it's wrong, and justify your belief with REAL evidence. Anecdotes do NOT count, you have to look at the broader scope of things when making discussion threads. Be respectful, kind, and compassionate because if they do make a mistake and you laugh at them, that's like making fun of the disabled kid at recess, only he's not disabled, he's intelligent and he just made an error.

It's completely fair. He doesn't do anything to change them and creates them. He just solves problems by creating 2 more.
