%Max Health true damage is such a fun mechanic with a lot of counterplay

That we decided to put it on Fiora also!

It has a good bit of counterplay. More than "try not to be within 550 range".

Have to also take note she lost every other AA steroid outside of her E. Which is wonky on it's own.

Her damage vs a normal target is probably less. But she can handle those who build tankier better.

well since vayne is so balanced, it works out well to duplicate such a great mechanic

The difference is that Vayne is balanced around that mechanic. Vayne has no poke. She is 100% reliant on her auto attacks, and has no in kit attack speed steroids, which means she's dependent on her build heavily.

From what I can tell from Fiora's kit, that's all she has. She lost the ability to delete squishies instantly for all around damage potential. I would like to see a cooldown on it though, and perhaps reworking it so that it appears in the direction that you tend to hover around, so that the opponent can predict it better.

Honestly, the only reason why Vayne is getting whined about so much is because BORK is extremely overtuned, and Devourer turned it into a cheese fest. You increase the AD to 30, and drop the current health % back down to 6% on hit. Lower the movement speed steal down to half for ranged champions.

Don't be silly. Vayne has to auto attack you 3 times to proc it, meaning you can counter it with attack speed reducing items and abilities.

Fiora's version of it requires her to hit you from directly from a certain side, or ult you and auto attack all 4 sides. She cannot proc it more than once in a while, as well, in her passive. You cannot itemize against it, but you can reposition yourself against it, and also predict where Fiora will be, because she will most likely attack at your weak point, and you can aim CC at her in that direction.

too bad all that attack speed reducing things were removed or nerfed. gggggggg

And now from Stashu's remarks it seems like the official stance is

"lol but CC counters it, so it's balanced, GG"

Or don't let her walk all around you? She has limited procs of the %health true damage (4) and they require her to attack you from all sides in order to take advantage of them. If you can't stop her with CC then just make sure she isn't literally walking over/around you and she won't be able to proc them all. I don't think % health true damage is broken on it's own, but I'll admit that when the counterplay is "Don't get near this champ if you don't have hard cc" (Vayne ) it can be a pain to deal with, but Fiora's is being given inherent counterplay and she has to work to proc it. Basically, don't hate on it until you see it.

Would you rather it be flat true damage like Darius who one-shots squishies after 5 autos despite building tanky as shit?

The %MaxHP scaling is for YOUR benefit.

At 489 Bonus AD, Fiora will be able to do 100% Max HP True Damage with her ult...

You could literally one shot their tank.

i'm kind of concerned about how i'm suppose to pull that ult off. i guess once i activate it, q,w to stun but should i get in back of them first to take out the one they will most likely be facing towards to run away or should i start from the place i'm already facing since its the quickest.

You gain the passive movespeed while near your ulted target.

Hitting the first point should be easy.

Q will prioritize vital points.

So R target Run up and proc nearest one. Q to where they are running to, landing behind them to proc the next. As they're running by move to their side to get the 3rd. Q gains a 60% CD reduction if it hits an enemy. You should be able to proc the last one with it unless you took too long to land the first hit or had to use Q to hit the first one.

Of course this is only if it's 1v1 and they are running away. A target that stays to fight shouldn't be hard with the MS buff. Your team's CC would make this even easier.

Yea, but she has to get close to weak spots in order to gain any benefit. And in live battlefield who knows her strengths it's pretty challenging to rotate around your opponents hitting every single weak spot.

And these weak spots apply randomly around enemies she's "dueling" with.

If I was that victim, I would juke around hard and won't let her abuse my damn weak spots.

Dont get hit by four directional conditioned attacks, youll be fine.
