I have a bad feeling about COTC

I think it's going to get bounced back and forth between different buffs and nerfs before it is either very weak or removed. A lot of champions are abusing it just because they have a hard CC. Riven for instance.

Yeah it needs to be toned down. As a riven player myself while either fervor or stormraiders is viable CotC just makes trading WAY to strong in lane. Personally I dislike the fact the talent is stronger then the others and would prefer to run the other to but as overloaded as it is CotC will still remain the strongest option till touched.
