Does the balance team even play their own game?
Kat is supposed to be a BAD LANER until 6, and even 6 shes not supposed to be able to combo you down in half a second unless she gets fed by ROAMING.
Honestly her current state is ridiculous, like imagine if champs like veigar or nasus were given 100-0 all in potential at lvl 2? It wouldnt be balanced would it?

ttvInvalidleuser2 votesMost assassins have kill potential at level 2. Their job is to kill squishes, and most mages are squishy. Ekko has the same kill potential at level 2. Maybe I'm just failing to see the argument.
Cocho2 votesNew kat is alot worse in the late game teamfights imo. Her resets aren't as powerful, and are easily like 4x slower.
I'd prefer to see a power shift from her early to her late. Like daggers falling faster later into the game. (if anything)
