I'm Concerned About The New Definition Of Slows

While I largely agree with the new overlapping of slows as opposed to stacking, I feel it needs a tweak. There is, to my knowledge, no differentiation between champion-targeted slows like Nasus' Wither or Rumble's Electroharpoon and ground-targeted slows like Iceborne Gauntlet, Viktor's Gravity Field and the like. I think this gives the game a very bad mechanic of "well, I'm already slowed so I may as well charge through it". This just seems SO unhealthy for gameplay, as it circumvents many zone-control champions who are forced to max their damageless slows last. Karthus is a prime example of this. Spells like that feel very clunky and out-of-place now. Please help <3

I don't understand your issue with it. Are you referring to the change where only the heaviest slow effects your MS, instead of stacking? In that case, I don't see why it matters how the slows are applied - via a single-target ability or an AoE item/spell effect.

"well, I'm already slowed so I may as well charge through it"

Good luck.
