Stop Complaining About Jhin
The fault lies solely in the lethality items. Once they're dealt with, he'll be back to 6th pick and a crit build again.

who complained about jhin?
Jhin does need to be managed some but I don't think anybody mentioned it recently aside from rioters
Except he and varus (and ashe) were all spammed in lcs when lethality was shit..
Varus and Jhin are op as hell even without lethality, i say this as an adc main, no other adc can come close to those 2 power level regardless what they build.

sometimes we mention lcs, sometimes we say lcs doesn't matter hm i love that
To clear your thoughts only adc with utility are spammed in lcs, the other are no bueno because riot's design makes no sens which is why i suggested to add more utility in the other adcs
No, they were played when Armor penetration was already a better option than crit. And so it is still the case.
Why Jhin and Varus? Simple. The more lockdown your ADC can have without giving up damage, the more damage other lanes can afford to have instead of CC.
This really all started with the Marksman update, when crit was thrown around and added/taken away from items to make it so easy to get 90-100% that they couldn't afford to keep everyone strong and the two stars at the time dwindled to nonexistence because what they had over their opponents in a crit build no longer mattered.

Why are people pretending that Jhin hasn't been like a top three or four ADC for literally over a year?
This dude hasn't fallen out of the spotlight a single time since he stepped into it.
Which I'm honestly mostly fine with. I like Jhin, and if an ADC has to be meta, I'm glad it's him.

He pushes too many weaker ads out of the game though, so he really could use some nerfs (and crit itemization needs buffs).

ADC as a role is a broken concept. They all do essentially the same exact thing, so whoever does it the best in any given patch will naturally push weaker ADCs out of the game. If you don't like it, then you just don't like ADCs. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those bruiser main idiots who hate ADCs and constantly whine about them, but the role does have problems, and only like three or four being viable at any given time is a big part of that. No other role has this problem as consistently as ADC does.

The problem is that jhin is too good at too much stuff, hes lacking weaknesses right now.
And being immobile ISNT enough of a weakness, just look at every other immobile adc in the game, they also have a lot of other weaknesses to go with it for their strenghts.
I mean compare someone like jinx who is not only immobile but she also has 0 game impact until the 30~35 min mark all that for a good late game, meanwhile jhin is a lane bully that spikes mid game and scales very well into the late game, and he has more utility and effective range than jinx aswell (jinx has to come within auto range, even if its 700 with rockets to do stuff, jhin can operate at 3000).
Why would you pick anything other than jhin in this case?
They need to make him more specific and niche, either make him a lane bully that doesnt scale very well (lucian) or make him far weaker early game, and maybe make it so his "lower dps" downside more significant (as it is he does so much raw dmg that it doesnt matter), by the time he rolls over 4 shots once or twice he already killed half of the other team, also he has too much utility for free.

It's a good thing that he also has the weakness of being a horrible duelist compared to most other ADCs, having frankly lower DPS than probably all of them (just checked in practice tool, he barely cracked 1,000 DPS at best by weaving autos and his abilities at level 18 and at full build with the lethality build, that is AWFUL for an ADC, for reference Quinn with a lethality build who I tested today was hitting numbers of like 1,400 IIRC, a Master Yi with an on-hit build does like 2,400), being probably the worst user of lifesteal of the class (to the extent that he usually doesn't even bother building it), and requiring much more protection from his team (since unlike other ADCs there is virtually no potential for him to duel a competently-played diver) than is normal for the already protection-reliant class.

You are right that the lethality build is scaling too well on Jhin right now, but Jhin is not as frustrating as Jinx is when she's the meta ADC. This is because of her passive. When Jinx is meta, she can succeed early and get kills in team fights, which allows her to then completely take over the fight as she gets a huge MS and AS steroid. A snowballing Jhin is a threat, but a snowballing Jinx is possibly the single most frustrating ADC in the game due to her passive.
Why would you pick anything other than jhin in this case?
At the moment there isn't a reason. Like I said, the class is designed in such a way that only a small selection of ADCs are viable at any time. There are probably more viable top laners or mid laners than there are ADCs in general, because the role is so pigeon-holed into doing one thing.

Sure, he is too strong. But I'd rather him stay in the meta than to let someone like Caitlyn or Tristana into the meta.
i'm trying to avoid those front pages jhin QQ
when you hear those trashes, it's as if jhin 1v9 every single games
Jhin has been op for a while... even before lethality... sorry his nerfs are warranted.
