Ermm they are? Unless the carry is really fed. However some dont work the same anymore. LB for example although her damage is more spaced out she deals a lot more than before and she required manipulating teh enemy carry and waits for a mistake then goes all in. For example i play LB and im going to gank the enemy cait who is pushed far id head bot then wait in the bush meanwhile i place my clone to come in shed go to E baiting out her E loses her the ability to do an extra headshot and thats a kill. Although sometimes she can just go in.

Kha as another example has access to his ult stealth which can basically block autoes and give him an attack advantage

Fizz although i dont really play him i assume he ults Qs attacks and can use E to dodge the enemys strongest atatck or an auto to gfain an advatange.

Theh days of just going in and slappin gbuttons are gone although i dont agree with rengar atm... Rengar basically had a baby with tahm kench that baby killed his dad and that baby is what we have now
