Can we nerf Darius' physical damage?

No reason for him to build a Black Cleaver into literal full tank and just one shot everyone, and then have a 1k+ true damage nuke on top of his passive armor pen, % health healing, slow and grab.

If he wants to do damage, make him build damage, like other juggernauts have to do.

Or just don't give him passive 30% armor pen. Also an idea.

Edit: Note I am not talking about his playstyle of stand on you and stack up to ult you. That's fine. I'm talking how he assassinates people with his Q W combo.
