I've been saying it for a while, the best way to climb is to play adc, so you don't have to deal with garbage adc players on your team. Look at the diana game your adc didnt even do 10k damage in a 35 minute game and the other game they had 16 deaths.

I see, so you're allowed to have matches like this, and fuck your teammates in those games who cares what they think, but when you do well and your teammates have matches like this... fuck your teammates in those games and who cares what they think? Sound about right?
From reading your thread and comments it looks to be an attitude problem more than anything.
Chill, relax, take a break. If you go into matches with that kind of mindset you'll throw more.
Also calling team mates trash and other things like that while in game will help them throw more. Hopefully you don't do that.
I'd say 1 fresh cup of respect for your team.
2 pinches sportsman like conduct for the enemy team.
5 pounds perk up and try for yourself.
Oh and don't forget two heaping table spoons of practice.
Also you might want to consider a new champ or position. Best way to snowball a game is picking a lane you can get hard fed as a jungler, or being a key piece of the team strategy by playing more than assassins mid.

Actually, Gold4 was pretty chill for me even though I've stayed there for years. If you want to carry harder, you should get Zhonya 100%. Playing full damage is just fun though, so I get it. But Zhonya is a must have if you're carrying because everyone will focus you.
Also... KDA isn't so important... what matters is the nexus.
Like dying before minute 15 will only feed your laner. But even if you go 25/1 and the only time you die is without dealing damage and at the 40th minute, then the game is over cuzin of you even if your KDA is near perfect. All I'm saying, we can't understand if you deserve win or loss just from an opgg screen save.
I finally I finally got out of gold and let me tell you, i had to follow a strict ruleset to do it. 2 losses in a row i stop for the day and ride winning streaks until 1 loss othewise the following tends to happen:
Start getting feeders(and i dont mean 3-4 death feeders i mean double digit death feeders) Start getting troll picks
Playing the most volatile lane in the game (bot lane) is not the way to climb.
It's so easy to feed there because of unchecked mage supports, one-sided pressure, 4 man dives under tower, and broken monstrosities like Kai'sa and Pyke. You'll never be able to ban everything that is unreasonably oppressive bot lane because there's too much going on down there.
Some of the hitboxes are BS right now too. Morgana's Q hitbox is much larger than the animation, and that's the same case with Nautilus. Then they decided in all their wisdom that Blitzcrank needed a Q range buff.
On top of that you need to cross your fingers and hope your partner is at least competent, which more often than not they're going to be autofilled. I'm a support main. I've gotten mid exactly zero times, and I've gotten dozens of autofilled ADCs who are playing a champion for the first time. Bot lane is just miserable and if they don't rethink their preseason changes, I'm moving to another lane.
Still, that's no excuse for having 16 deaths ever, and especially not as Ashe right now. She has a 54% win rate and a 20% pick rate in Gold. I've seen people do horribly as Ashe recently too, and it's like how do you screw her up? She's so straight forward and has so much utility for a marksmen.
I'd recommend staying away from support or ADC because they're nerfing jungler XP and buffing midlane XP, which means more clownery bot lane. It's so bad right now that even as broken as so many of the champions are up top, they often can't compete with how fast bot lane is usually called.
