It'll be back when some pro player out there manages to find a use for Runeglaive on an AP jungler and y'all start screaming about it being OP on AP junglers. This'll probably even be after it gets nerfed into the ground for being abused by mid lane ezreal, because it's okay for top laners to abuse smite, but if a mid laner does it all hell breaks loose.
