It feels like I have to LOSE bot lane to win the game...
I don't know what it is, it just feels like the same thing happens every time I play bot lane.
If I'm winning lane (but not dominating): forcing the enemy to back repeatedly, winning CS, pushing turret constantly, etc... I always draw jungle pressure. Despite warding as far up as the dragon pit, it's not enough. The enemy jungler camps me and gets fed off of bot lane. To be fair, lately it's been Quinn and Master Yi (both of which simply move too fast to escape from), but still.
Meanwhile, it seems that every game I lose bot lane, I win the game. It doesn't matter if the lane is just pushed to my tower and I die, or if I actually feed like 4 or 5 kills to the enemy in lane. In the odd game that I lose lane bot, I win the game. Eventually my jungler and/or mid laner come bot to help out and get some free kills and win the game.
It just seems to indicate to me that something is out of balance in this game. If as an ADC my support and I can both use our yellow trinkets and both have a pink ward up, and STILL can't survive ganks that we see coming from a mile away and end up feeding the enemy jungler then something is wrong. If my win rate is higher when I lose lane than when I win lane, something seems wrong...
Am I doing something wrong? Is it a bad idea to push the enemy to turret now? In season 4 and 5 when I played ADC I'd similarly ward deep and pressure the enemy turret all laning phase. They'd miss CS under turret and even if I didn't get kills (as an ADC I only get kills when my support does well too, I can't seem to get them on my own) I'd have a sufficiently large lead from their missed CS that I'd carry late game. I'd also draw less jungle pressure and when the jungler came I'd have plenty of time to back off to my turret.
So what do you do as an ADC when you're playing against someone, start winning, they start playing really passive so not to give you kills? What I've been doing (pushing them to tower) seems to be failing miserably now.
