Just played as Darius

Didn't hit lvl 16 Was unable to snowball lane hard due to: 1 - How easy darius is to gank 2- Teleport Couldn't kill anyone on the enemy team ( Zed ( impossible to kill, was able to easily explode me ) , Vladimir ( troll pool, and couldn't burst him, also I was a little bit squishy because full tank darius is bad, ad darius is also bad ), Ezreal ( impossible to reach ), Thresh ( no point in focusing a tank support in TF's) and Lee sin ( was kicking me every single time I hooked him ).

Darius full tank deals no damage, Darius full AD gets instantly exploded, and a mix of both is bad because Irelia is able to do the job better.

Yes but Darius has a much easier time getting to that point than Irelia. Darius has one of the strongest lanes available, with exploitable weaknesses.

I'd say you made a mistake picking Darius against that team. Aside from the Vlad you didn't have any good targets, and even he can be more trouble than most tops.

And Darius being easy to gank is why Wards exist.

His lane is not that strong, because he pushes way too hard and is easy to gank. Good luck warding every single spot where people can gank you. Darius can be ganked by any possible position possible.

The problem is that Darius must get ahead in lane and get fed fast, and only in that way he can be a large threat.

He suffers vs AP toplaners a lot, but makes up for it by destroying melee AD toplaners.

But yes, it's League of Mobilitycreeps. And Darius is not very effective versus them.

Darius loses top lane to riven assuming both are really good He is not that strong against Irelia Renekton wins against him. Rumble vs Darius is a skill matchup, but rumble is way more useful in teamfights than Darius, so losing lane is not that bad for rumble.

Riven wins lane.

Renekton doesn't.

Irelia can never have a solid engage onto Darius, as Irelias are more about setting up by extending her mobility.

Riven just jumps around.

Renekton... He is forced to fight close to Darius, so in a 1v1 Darius will most likely win.

Assuming the Darius doesn't push his advantage, he can absolutely lose to Ren. Ren has sustain and no mana, so Darius has to stay on the ball with him or fall behind in an extended lane.

That, f course, is when the Darius plays poorly. Darius certainly has the potential to win vs Renekton

Renekton has sustain, and can damage darius without his retaliation
