Basically his hardest lane, which was cait and possibly lucian both got nerfed (ok lucian nerf was a joke but still) and cait got dumpstered.
Now he just has basically free lanes all over the place + absurd snowballing and scaling.
He and DD both needs nerfs atm.

I'm not sure how much it matters, if at all, but Vayne does fuck him up mid-lategame. Condemn just makes him instantly drop all his axes.

They are both broken. Draven runs up to you and and 2 shots squishies and shreds tanks in like 6 autos. All of this while healing 800+ per auto making him almost unkillable. Twitch murders your entire team in 3- seconds from off your screen after he comes out of stealth.

it's a solid no. Most others can actually pull it off believe it or not, either with utility or mobility/AoE. Draven's the best at straight-up murdering folks right now; he's basically taken Graves' role.
I agree that Death's Dance is an item that defines a lot of AD champions - I'd go so far as saying it's the Morellonomicon for AD carries - but BORK and BT aren't nearly as enticing anymore. If DD gets nerfed, other lifesteal items certainly deserve some buffs and/or changes so that role isn't left without any way to fend for itself like it was before.
If there was something ridiculous about Draven, it might be his base AS for a marksman with 550 range. Just look at it!
